  13.      1.  LEAVE THE MODERATING TO THE MODERATORS.
  14.  
  15.      2.  Rebuttals to moderator warnings posted in the echo
  16.          will result in an immediate removal of your access
  17.          without further notice.

  19.      3.  In order to maintain civility and allow proper discourse,
  20.          if the moderator feels your purpose for participation
  21.          in the echo is to antagonize others, or if your responses
  22.          generate off-topic discussions, your access may be removed.

  24.      4.  This echo is a forum for the fans of Rush Limbaugh.
  25.          No bashing of Rush Limbaugh will be tolerated in any
  26.          form.

  28.      5.  THIS IS NOT A DEBATE ECHO.
  29.          Discussion is limited to the current topics of
  30.          Rush Limbaugh's radio and television programs and The
  31.          Limbaugh Letter.  Regardless, the following subjects

  46.          to the topic may be posted.
